Personal Data Registration

The e-commerce systems used on this website allows buying only after a free personal data registration of the customer with their Username and Password.
This registration can be made by clicking on the “Registration” link where the main personal identifying data of the Customer appears and the Password & Username chosen. These will be used for the identification into the system through the section “Shopping Login”.

The Username and Password will be at the discretion of the customer who wishes to register. The Username has to have a maximum of 15 alphanumeric characters (if the Username is already taken, the system will send the customer an invitation to modify it).

Once registered, the customer can proceed to buying using the combination of the Username and Password chosen previously. Also, for the future purchase is possible use the same combination.

How to Find the Products

The purchase through the e-commerce system happens in a very easy way, and it can be made in 3 different methods to recognize the products to buy:

Shop Window

For information of the product of interest, simply click on the photos of the product chosen (or on the magnifying lens) and the system will show all of the details. To buy the product key in the quantity and send to the basket by clicking “Add to the Basket”.

Our Products

You can also access the products list by clicking on “Our Products” on the left margin of the “Shop Window”. Once selected the products, the system will show the list of the articles under its category. To buy the product, simply key in the number of the bottles the Customer wants to buy and then click “Add to the Basket”. For further information of the product, click on the magnifying lens.

Product Search Engine

On our e-commerce websites it is possible to search for your desired product by typing in the keywords in the search engine box on the left top side and click “OK”. The system will show you a list of products under the keyword chosen. To buy the product you have to follow the same steps as mentioned in “Our Products”.

Note

Very often a list of the products containers more then one page. In this case you will find on the first page: “Previous Page” o “Next Page”, so you can see all of the available products.

Purchase

In the shopping basket section there is “ Continue the Shopping” and the “Proceed to Purchase” links.
The key “Continue the Shopping” gives to you the possibility to choose further products to buy, whereas the key “Proceed to Purchase” gives to you the possibility to conclude the procedure of purchase.

First of all it is necessary to choose the Destination Country – the Country where the goods are to be sent and click “Choose the Payment”. The system will show you the final list of the products, the costs of the shipment and the delivery terms. Click on the key “Buy”, you will find the form to enter a new address where send the goods. Please do it only if the delivery address differs from that as per the registered personal data.

Once the purchase is finalized, click on “Proceed” for the last step to choose the payment method.
